Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Social Media Moderator to manage several of our social media accounts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring, moderating, and responding to user comments and messages, as well as identifying trends in user engagement to help guide our content strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and moderate conversations on
Respond promptly to comments and user queries in a tone that aligns with our clients' brands.
Collaborate with the social media team to develop engagement strategies that enhance user interaction.
Report on common feedback or questions from social media users to the team to help inform future posts and ad strategies.
Stay updated with new social media practices, community guidelines, and platform updates.
Handle sensitive issues or escalations to the appropriate internal teams promptly and professionally.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Social Media Moderator or similar role, with specific expertise in
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to mirror our clients' voice.
Strong understanding of social media KPIs, analytics, and reporting tools.
Ability to work independently in a fully remote setting and maintain deadlines.
High level of empathy and professionalism, especially in handling user-generated content and community interactions.
Familiarity with social media management tools is a plus
