Social Media Marketing / Website Designer/ Customer Service

I would like to hire someone immediately that can manage/ create all social media platforms like instagram , Facebook , TikTok for the business . While uploading creative content on a daily basis, and building online presence , they have knowledge of how to build impressive websites quick and efficient. I need someone whose familiar with building google campaigns , Facebook campaigns, and instagram marketing campaigns. Every now and then the phone will ring and they would have to be quick to answer and manage the call effectively.
