Social Media Marketing Project Manager

We are a growing US-based marketing agency seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Social Media Marketing Project Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in overseeing project management and optimizing operations for our agency. The ideal candidate will work remotely on a full-time basis and must be available to work during core hours following the EST time zone.

Skills Requirements:

*Expertise in managing projects end-to-end
*Proficient with Click Up
*Familiarity with Google Workspace
*Previous experience working with a social media marketing agency
*Proficient in project management, including building, maintaining, and executing project timelines and processes
*Excellent interpersonal skills with exceptional written and verbal English communication skills *ENERGY*
*Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks across various clients and teams
*Experience in email marketing is preferred

Tasks include:

*Monitoring project status and quality, with in-depth knowledge of each client and project’s health
*Overseeing and owning projects from scoping to completion
*Gathering project requirements and scoping projects accordingly
*Setting up and managing projects using tools such as Click Up, Harvest, Slack, and Google Docs
*Serving as the Client Services team’s primary resource for project management
*Ensuring all tasks are completed within the project scope and timeline
*Collaborating with the Director of Client Services to manage all onboarding activities
