We are seeking a talented and dynamic Social Media Marketing Manager to join our team. As a Social Media Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing engaging social media strategies across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. If you're a creative thinker, a strategic planner, and passionate about building online communities, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:
1. Social Media Strategy:
• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with company goals.
• Create and manage content calendars for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
2. Content Creation and Curation:
• Produce high-quality, shareable content for each platform, including images, graphics, and written content.
• Curate user-generated content and encourage community participation.
3. Audience Engagement:
• Foster a vibrant online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly.
• Monitor and engage in relevant conversations on all social media channels.
4. Campaign Management:
• Plan and execute creative and effective social media campaigns to promote brand awareness and engagement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for campaign alignment.
5. Analytics and Reporting:
• Use social media analytics tools to measure the success of campaigns and overall performance.
• Prepare regular reports highlighting key metrics and insights.
6. Advertising Campaigns:
• Manage and optimize paid social media advertising campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Monitor budgets and ensure efficient use of advertising spend.
7. Platform Optimization:
• Stay informed about updates and changes on social media platforms.
• Optimize profiles and content based on platform-specific best practices.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Social Media Marketing Manager, with a focus on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
• Experience with social media advertising and budget management.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to derive insights from data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and storytelling.
