Position Overview: We are seeking a Social Media Marketing Manager to champion both the personal brand of a high-profile executive and the corporate brand of the Company in the mining industry. This role requires a creative and strategic thinker capable of crafting and disseminating content across multiple social media platforms. The Social Media Marketing Manager will elevate the executive’s brand, showcasing their innovative work in industrial development and passion for community growth, as well as promoting the Company's initiatives and values. Responsibilities include creating and implementing social media strategies, managing content calendars, engaging with audiences, monitoring analytics, and contributing to overall brand strategy.

Brand Persona: The Visionary Pioneer - combining professional success with a commitment to community and innovation.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a cohesive social media strategy that aligns with the executive’s core values, brand persona, and the Company’s corporate identity.
Craft compelling content for platforms including X (formerly Twitter), LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook, emphasizing visual storytelling, thought leadership, and community engagement for both the executive and the Company.
Manage daily social media activities for both the executive and the Mineral Exploration Company: posting updates, interacting with followers, and expanding the brand’s reach.
Analyze and report on social media metrics to optimize strategy and content.
Oversee the integration of the Company’s proprietary social media management tools to streamline workflows and enhance engagement.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in social media management and content creation.
Strong understanding of digital marketing trends and audience engagement.
Exceptional writing and visual storytelling skills.
Familiarity with the mining industry, particularly in frontier markets, is a plus.
Ability to interpret brand vision and values into compelling social media narratives for both personal and corporate brands.
