Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be creative, strategic, and adept at leveraging various social media platforms to enhance brand visibility, engage with our audience, and drive meaningful results.

Responsibilities:

1) Post regularly on social media platforms. Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Tiktok, Youtube Shorts, etc.
2) Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and drive traffic to our digital platforms. Ideally, you can respond to people on Reddit, Quora, Facebook, etc. promoting our products.
3) Create and curate compelling content (text, image, video) tailored to each platform and target audience.
4) Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, track KPIs, and provide regular reports with insights and recommendations for optimization.
5) Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing, incorporating innovative approaches to continuously improve our social media presence.

Qualifications:
-Excellent English when it comes to written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
-Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with a track record of successful social media campaigns and measurable results.
-In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
-Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
-Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
-Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks effectively, and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
-A proactive and collaborative attitude, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:
-Experience with dogs and dog grooming products.
-Familiarity with graphic design and video editing tools.
