Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Social Media Management: Manage and curate the company's Instagram account, including creating and posting content, stories, and updates to engage the target audience.

2. Lead Generation: Implement strategies to identify and reach out to potential leads on Instagram, making use of various tools, platforms, and data sources.

3. Direct Messaging: Initiate and maintain conversations with potential customers through direct messages on Instagram, with a focus on building relationships, answering questions, and conveying the value of our services.

4. Sales Conversion: Effectively present and set up our services to leads through Instagram, demonstrating a clear understanding of their needs and how our offerings can fulfill them.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in social media management and lead generation, particularly on Instagram.
- Proficient English written skills (speaking is not needed).
- Ability to create and adapt content that resonates with the target audience.
- Proficiency with Instagram and navigation.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport and build trust with potential customers.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently and remotely.
- Familiarity with our industry services.

Training:

We Whiten will provide comprehensive training to equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in this role. You will have access to resources, mentorship, and ongoing support to ensure your success.
Training is essentially 3-5 days.

Salary and Benefits:

This is a part-time, remote position. The salary range is between $50 - $100 per week after training, with potential for performance-based bonuses. You will have the flexibility to set your own work schedule. We are aggressivly growing and will be promoting good talent within a month
