The client is a residential builder company based in Australia, specialising in the construction of quality additions and architecturally designed homes. They are dedicated to transforming spaces and bringing architectural visions to life with precision and craftsmanship.

Remote, work from home

Job Type:
Full-time 40 hours per week

Salary:
50,000 - 55,000 PHP per month

Hours (in Philippine Time):
7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (with 30 minutes lunch break)

Responsibilities

SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT
Create and schedule engaging content for social media platforms, including Facebook and Instagram.
Monitor and respond to customer inquiries, comments, and feedback across social media channels.
Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Track and analyse social media performance metrics to optimise content and strategies.

PODCAST EDITING AND MANAGEMENT
Edit audio files for podcasts, ensuring high-quality sound and professional production standards.
Add intros, outros, and any necessary sound effects or music.
Upload and manage podcast episodes on platforms like Apple Podcasts, Spotify, and others.
Conduct quality checks on podcast episodes before publishing.
Assist in the planning and scheduling of podcast content to ensure regular releases.

VIDEO CONTENT EDITING AND MANAGEMENT
Edit video content for YouTube and other social media platforms.
Create compelling video thumbnails, titles, and descriptions to optimise for search and engagement.
Ensure all video content aligns with brand guidelines and standards.
Optimise video content for SEO and platform-specific algorithms.
Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in video production and editing.

WEBSITE MANAGEMENT
Build and manage their website in Squarespace

Skills, Experience & Requirements
Proven experience in social media management, podcast editing, and video editing.
At least 3 years of experience working from home and online for US, Australian or European clients.
Excellent organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality work.
Eagerness to learn and stay current on digital marketing trends and best practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
Team player with strong collaboration skills.
Proficiency in graphic design tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Canva
Strong understanding of SEO principles and content optimisation strategies, a plus
Website Management and experience in Squarespace ideal, but not essential
