**Responsibilities:**
- Create visually stunning graphics for digital platforms, including social media posts, banners, ads, and email campaigns.
- Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive traffic, and boost engagement across all social media channels.
- Monitor social media trends, analyze performance metrics, and adjust strategies to optimize content reach and audience engagement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure cohesive branding and impactful campaigns.
- Manage and maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms.

**Requirements:**
- Proven experience as a graphic designer and social media manager, with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva.
- Deep understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
- Ability to generate innovative ideas and strategies to increase engagement and reach on social media.
- Strong analytical skills to track and measure the success of social media campaigns.
- Self-starter with excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently.
- Up-to-date with industry trends and technology advancements.

**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Experience with video editing and motion graphics.
- Familiarity with SEO and content marketing principles.
- Knowledge of web design and UX/UI principles.
