Social Media Manager / Content Creator

If so, you might be a great fit. We are searching for a skilled social media manager and content creator to join our team.

At Movin’ Monkeys, we're committed to empowering modern parents with the tools they need to educate and inspire their children at home through movement, play, and imagination. We're seeking a dynamic individual who shares our interest in providing unparalleled educational resources and making lives better for families with young children.

Job Duties:
Help create social media strategies for building, nurturing, and marketing our early childhood knowledge and resources to our audience of parents
Edit raw video footage into finished shorts, reels, and tiktoks
Utilize our library of existing videos and imagery to create new engaging content
Create images, graphics, and information carousels
Manage and schedule social media posts across platforms (Insta, FB, TikTok, YT)
Help create captions and marketing copy
Monitor and evaluate content performance data to guide decision making
Use social media automation strategies for lead generation to build our email list
Leverage tools within our CRM (GoHighLevel) to assist with social media goals
Collect testimonials, reviews, and UGC content to utilize on social media
Leverage AI tools to speed up workflows and create content efficiently
Help create team workflow systems for taking content through each stage of development (idea, creation, editing, reviewing, approval, scheduling)
Organize media library files for efficient workflow

Qualifications:
Skills and experience strategizing, creating, and managing social media content
Understanding of modern approaches that help grow on Insta, FB, Tiktok, and YT
Skills and experience creating and editing short-form video (moderate editing skills needed: selecting footage, deleting pauses, adding occasional b-roll/graphics/music/sound, adding captions, etc.)
Excellent Canva skills
Creative, resourceful, and willing to try/test new approaches - you enjoy coming up with new possibilities and making them happen
A keen eye for detail and good graphic design, videography, photography, etc.
Experience using AI tools to help create content
Excellent organizational skills and communication
Ability to complete excellent work reliably and efficiently
Adaptable, willing to learn new things and jump in and help with whatever is needed
Bonus points if you’ve used GoHighLevel before
MAJOR bonus points if you have experience/interest/passion for early childhood education (preschool, daycare, homeschool, K-12 teaching) and helping better the lives of children and families. I would love to hire someone that can feel aligned with our mission and would enjoy (and have background knowledge for) creating content to support that mission.


Hours: Full time

Schedule: You can generally work daytime Philippines hours or whatever works best for you as long as excellent work is getting done. I am in the United States, so some meetings will need to take place during your early morning or late evening so we can communicate effectively.

Pay: $Upgrade to see actual infoUSD per week depending on experience/skills, paid weekly at the end of each week.
