Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Social Media Manager at Flapen. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for managing social media marketing campaigns, developing and implementing communication strategies, optimizing social media presence, and writing engaging content. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices, with hands-on experience in managing social media channels for businesses. Proficiency in social media management tools such as Buffer and/or Hootsuite is required. This role will involve strategizing, creating, scheduling, and analyzing content across various social media platforms to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and ultimately drive business growth.

Qualifications:
- Social Media Marketing and Communication skills
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn (non-negotiable), Tiktok) and their respective audiences.
- Proficiency in social media management tools such as Buffer and/or Hootsuite. (non-negotiable)
- Content Strategy and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Experience in e-commerce or Amazon marketplace is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
