JOB OVERVIEW

Job Description:
We are seeking a creative and experienced Social Media Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies to enhance our online presence and attract bookings through various social media platforms, as well of thinking creatively on how we can attract more direct bookings to our website.

Stress Free Stays is an independent serviced accommodation provider of unique and unforgettable accommodations for travellers in London. We offer a diverse range of properties, each designed to provide guests with an exceptional experience during their stay.

Objective:
To build Stress Free stays online presence through social media platforms and other marketing strategies
Responsible for:
• Developing and implement social media marketing plans to promote our properties and increase bookings.
• Monitoring and managing social media platforms

Reports to:
- CEO

Hours:
18 Hours a week: Monday, Wednesday and Friday
Suggested working hours
10am-4pm GMT

Key areas of Responsibility:
• Develop and implement social media marketing plans to promote our properties and increase bookings.
• Create engaging content, including graphics, videos, and written posts, to share on social media platforms such as Instagram, Tic Tock, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
• Monitor social media channels for trends, insights, and opportunities to engage with our audience.
• Manage social media accounts, including scheduling posts, responding to comments and messages, and maintaining brand consistency.
• Collaborate with the internal team to align social media efforts with overall marketing objectives.
• Analyze social media metrics and provide regular reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.

Skills and characteristics required:
• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably in the hospitality or travel industry.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas for social media campaigns.
• Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of SEO and content marketing principles is a plus.
• Experience with graphic design and video editing software is desirable.
