Social Media Manager

As a Social Media Manager, you will be at the heart of our digital marketing strategy. This role requires someone who can blend creativity with analytics to manage our company's social media profiles and presence effectively. You will craft engaging content, implement and manage our social media content calendars, and engage with our audience to build community and loyalty. Additionally, you will conduct research and collaborate on content ideation, emphasizing the strategic and creative aspects of the position.

Responsibilities but not limited to:

Content Posting: Create and execute a social media content calendar. Creatively craft two static images per week and post ready-made video content on platforms such as Facebook Page, YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.

Performance Analysis: Regularly monitor and analyze the performance of our social media content using advanced analytics tools. Optimize strategies to boost reach, engagement, and follower growth, and report key metrics to the marketing manager.

Community Engagement: Proactively engage with our audience by responding promptly to comments and messages. Keep our brand at the forefront of trends by commenting on trending posts.

Strategic Coordination: Stay updated with the latest in social media trends and best practices. Collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure our social strategies complement overall marketing goals.


Requirements:
Proven background and knowledge in social media management
Basic graphic designing for image creatives.
Understanding of online marketing and strategies and channels.
