JOB OVERVIEW

Job Summary: We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Manager to join our team. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engage our audience, and drive traffic to our platforms. The ideal candidate should have a passion for social media, excellent communication skills, and a knack for staying up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies.


Responsibilities:

Develop and execute social media strategies to align with business goals.
Manage all social media channels, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
Create engaging content, including text, image, and video, tailored for each platform.
Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions across social media platforms in a timely manner.
Analyze social media metrics and insights to optimize content and strategy.
Stay up-to-date with social media trends, tools, and best practices.
Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate social media into overall marketing campaigns.
Build and maintain relationships with influencers and industry professionals.
Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred).
Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and best practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
Creative thinker with the ability to generate new ideas.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in social media management tools and software.
