Social Media Manager

Description:
We are seeking a skilled and creative Social Media Manager to join our team and drive our online presence to new heights. As our Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for creating engaging content, scheduling posts, editing videos, producing reels, and designing branded images using Canva. Your primary goal will be to increase our brand awareness and engagement across all social media platforms, including Facebook, Facebook Groups, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.

Key Responsibilities:

Create and curate compelling content that aligns with our brand voice and values.
Schedule and publish posts across all social media channels.
Edit videos and produce eye-catching reels to enhance our social media presence.
Design branded images and graphics using Canva to maintain a cohesive visual identity.
Engage with our online community and foster meaningful interactions in our Facebook groups.
Ensure consistent quality and tone of voice in all social media communications.
Attend weekly meetings for clarity on standard operating procedures (SOPs), brand awareness, and copy clarity.
Requirements:

Proficiency with Canva and other social media management tools.
Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
Dependable Wi-Fi connection for remote work.
Ability to attend weekly meetings for SOP clarity and brand alignment.
Experience in tracking analytics and measuring engagement across social media platforms.
Passion for staying up-to-date with social media trends and best practices.
Measurement of Success:

Increased engagement metrics (likes, shares, comments).
Growth in followers and community size.
Increase in booked calls and conversions.
Consistent quality postings across all platforms.
