Social Media Manager

INTRODUCTION:
We’re looking for a driven, creative Social Media Manager to join our team and scale our online presence. This role is perfect for someone who is an expert across all Social Media platforms and has experience in content creation and creative ideas around how to make a brand stand out and scale. If you thrive in a dynamic environment and are skilled at increasing social media engagement and followers, we would love to hear from you. There will also be Virtual Assistant work as a part of the role.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
You will not have to create the content for the posts or reels. These will be given to you.
Develop and implement social media strategies across multiple platforms to increase followers, engagement, and brand awareness. To include keyword and hashtag strategy.
- You will invest the most time in Instagram, TikTok, YouTube
- You will invest a small amount of time in Facebook, Pinterest, and X
Plan and schedule regular posts using social media management tools (e.g., Later, Meta Business).
Source and post items in Instagram Stories
Create engaging multimedia content, including videos, graphics. ( you will not have to write content)
Edit and produce compelling videos when needed aligning with brand guidelines and audience preferences.
Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and direct messages to engage with the audience
Analyze performance metrics to gauge the success of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
Create Workbooks in CANVA. You will be given the content.
BONUS: Manage Automations on a platform like ManyChat

- Weekly episodes at 15 - 20 minutes
- Edit the podcast using Descript audio editing
- Publish the podcast via Buzzsprout & Squarespace
BONUS: Develop and optimize sales funnels using Squarespace, Mailchimp, enhancing user experience and conversion rates.
- Set up the process across all customer touchpoints and convert leads into paying customers.
- Post email funnels
- Expertise in platforms like Pipedrive, Monday CRM

REQUIREMENTS:
Work Pacific Daylight Time Hours
Proven experience as a social media manager.
Strong command of written and verbal English.
Strong familiarity with major social media platforms and social media management tools.
Proficiency in Google Workplace, Canva, Squarespace, Mailchimp, Descript, Buzzsprout, video editing, and familiarity with ChatGPT and social media platforms.
Ability to deliver creative content ideas and translate them into engaging digital content.
Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
Effective communication skills, with an emphasis on email management.
