Social Media Manager

- We invite a seasoned social media manager to join our team. This role is not just about support; it's about leading from the front, offering insights, and being a pivotal part of our team.

Qualifications:
- 5+ years social media marketing experience.
- Proven track record working with U.S. clients and in business operations.
- Proficiency in Notion, Loom, Zoom, Google Office Suite, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent proficiency in business-level English, both written and spoken.
- Must have a high-quality portfolio of previous social media management work.
- Thorough understanding of LinkedIn, X, Youtube, Facebook, Instagram and Tiktok.
- Creativity and an eye for detail are a must! We want you to own this role.

Responsibilities:
- Content Strategy: Develop and create a strategic social media brand aligned with our goals. You will help create the content we post.
- Content Calendar: Create a monthly content calendar for all platforms, focusing on industry-specific content that captures our target audience’s attention.
- Video Editing: Edit and produce engaging videos tailored for LinkedIn, X, and YouTube. Will also need to understand other platforms for similar content.
- Engagement: Monitor social media channels, comments, and messages and engage with the community to build meaningful relationships.
- Analytics: Track and analyze performance metrics to optimize content and campaigns.
- Trends: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging social media platforms to keep our content fresh and relevant.
- Publish on LinkedIn: Craft and publish thoughtful leadership content on LinkedIn, showcasing the expertise and insights of our company leaders.
