We’re a small-batch food maker and plant business in Melbourne, Australia making artisanal products with native ingredients and sharing that love with the world (oh, we sell plants too!). We’re incredibly values-driven and constantly work on ways to give back to the broader community, our suppliers, and our customers.

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced marketer who isn’t afraid of fast-paced work and has a knack for tackling challenges head-on.

Who are we looking for?
- We're on the hunt for a creative mind who wants to push boundaries and create an incredible branding and marketing experience. You have strong and proven background in Social Media and Organic Marketing (FB, Insta, Tiktok, Reddit, FB) and have a natural ability to create beautiful designs. We want someone who's looking to make a great career alongside a fast-growing startup. You should be an ideas person, and have an ability to bring these to the table in a timely and organised manner.


What will you do?

You'll work hand in hand with the Operations Coordinator and CEO to create a modern and on-point marketing experience for our customers. In detail, you'll:

General:
- Manage and improve acquisition strategies through social media, collaborations and more
- Website management + Optimization
- Consistently create and generate new marketing ideas + content with a strong emphasis on long-form story telling videos
- Report on, and hit KPIs and OKRs

What are your skills?
- You are a critical thinker who can solve problems in a fast-paced environment
- Strong copy and design ability
- Have worked in the ecommerce space

Who are we looking for?
- Someone with proven experience in digital marketing
- Have experience in social media that's not just canva posts
- Over 2 years experience
- Naturally fun and upbeat
- Enthusiastic
- Driven
- Friendly

Contract and Hours:
Full-time
8 hours a day, 5 days per week (6am PHT to 3pm PHT)
