We are seeking a skilled Social Media Manager with proficiency in photo and video editing to join our team. As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for managing our social media platforms, creating engaging content, and growing our online presence. Your primary duties will include crafting compelling posts, scheduling content, and interacting with our audience to foster meaningful engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage and oversee all social media accounts, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and Tiktok.
* Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads.
* Create high-quality visual content, including photos and videos, that aligns with our brand identity and resonates with our target audience.
* Edit photos and videos using editing software to enhance their quality and appeal.
* Monitor social media trends, track metrics, and analyze performance to optimize content and strategy.
* Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster community engagement.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing objectives and campaigns.
* Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in social media marketing and content creation.

Qualifications:

* Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
* Proficiency in photo and video editing software, such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro, or Canva.
* Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective best practices.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and visual aesthetics.
* Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
* Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
