Duties will include Expertise & Innovation with AI and Latest Marketing, Technology, tools and strategies for Social Media Marketing, Go High Level Expertise, Lead Generation, Video Marketing. Looking for a Motivated Team player focused on growth of company and experienced with marketing for
1. Content Creation and Management
Develop a Content Calendar: Plan and schedule posts consistently across platforms
Create Engaging Content: Produce a mix of content types, including images, videos, infographics, and text posts. For instance, explainer videos on insurance options, graphical representations of financial planning benefits, and client testimonials.
2. Audience Engagement and Community Building
Monitor Interactions: Respond to comments, messages, and reviews promptly. Engagement is key to building trust and community.
Increase Audience Participation: Encourage your audience to share their experiences and questions related to financial planning and insurance. This could be through regular Q&A sessions or inviting comments on specific topics.
3. Brand Promotion and Outreach
Promote Services and Events: Use social media platforms to announce new services, upcoming webinars, or workshops. Ensure that the promotions are targeted and tailored to the interests of the 40-70 age demographic.
Leverage User-Generated Content: Encourage satisfied clients to share their success stories and testimonials on their social media, which can then be reshared on your platforms to enhance credibility and attract new clients.
4. Lead Generation
Run Targeted Ad Campaigns: Design and implement advertising campaigns on platforms like
Optimize Conversion Paths: Ensure that there are clear calls to action on social media posts and ads, leading to landing pages or contact forms optimized for lead capture.

Daily Duties
Post Content: Share scheduled posts across all relevant social media platforms, such as
Monitor Social Media Channels: Regularly check all platforms for comments, messages, and mentions. Respond promptly to inquiries and engage with the audience to maintain active community management.
Engagement Boosting: Like, comment, and share relevant posts from other users and pages to increase engagement and visibility.
Weekly Duties
Content Planning: Coordinate with the Content Creation VA to plan and schedule a week's content in advance. Ensure a balanced mix of educational videos, informational posts, infographics, and client testimonials.
Analytics Review: Check key performance indicators (KPIs) like engagement rate, reach, and follower growth on posts from the past week and adjust the upcoming content as necessary.
Feedback Loop: Report insights and any audience feedback to you and the team to refine strategies and content.
Monthly Duties
Strategy Meeting: Participate in a monthly marketing meeting to discuss performance, upcoming campaigns, and content strategy adjustments based on analytics.
Content Calendar Development: Develop the next month's content calendar based on past performance data, upcoming events (like webinars or workshops), and seasonal topics relevant to financial planning.
Competitor Analysis: Review competitor social media activity to identify trends, opportunities for differentiation, and potential areas for improvement.

Campaign Planning: Plan and outline social media campaigns for the quarter, focusing on specific products, services, or promotions. Coordinate with the
