Social Media Lead Generation & Key Influencer!
We are looking for a fun, highly engaging social media expert who
loves interacting with people online and is excited by helping people get great photos and video of their new homes!

* * Engage with other Instagram people in target audience sometime between hours of 9-5 pm Mountain time zone, Monday-Friday.
* Generate 40 account leads per week from Instagram.
* Measure the success of every month's Engagement; example; how many new Followers? How many new Leads? How many people received our video messages?
* Has engaged with people on Instagram in a conversational, fun and highly respectful way many times before.
* Send a weekly (Friday) report on progress for three key measures (Lead Generation, Total messages sent, Total new followers)

You will really go far with us if:

* Understand and communicate in a fun, respectful way with other people on Instagram.
* Use strong judgment to dUpgrade to see actual info what messages to send and when to send them. (or when NOT to send one)
* Use American language and common phrases to communicate and engage with Instgram customers.
* You learn fast! :-)

Must be highly skilled (advanced intermediate) in the following applications:

*Google Sheets
*Whatsapp
*Instagram
*Gmail
*Google calendar
