Client Overview:
*Our client, Jenna, is an amazing business coach who has tons of clients, but needs someone to help her with her social media, email marketing, and coordinating networking. She loves the idea of potentially having a virtual assistant who is also a mom do her social media since you would understand what her clients are going through.

Client Requirements:
*Must be female (would love it if you’re a mom!)
*Must be able to work Eastern Time (US) sometime between 7am and 5pm Tuesday - Friday. May consider 2pm-6pm after a while if that’s preferred.
*Must have Social Media experience
*Must have Canva design experience (first task will be to help her design a logo in Canva)
*Must have LinkedIn experience
*Must have some type of CRM experience, doesn’t have to exactly be Ontraport
*Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
*Must be super organized with great attention to detail
*Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality control.

Job Description:


Email Maintenance - Draft email responses first thing each shift for Jenna to go in and approve and send once she starts her day
Social media
– LinkedIn - messaging, commenting, liking
– Instagram

Email Sequences
Adding contacts to CRM
Podcast
Group she created - creating Google feedback forms, etc
Put the notes of the follow-up into Ontraport
– She tries to do a lot of networking - someone coordinating that
Book and organize speaking events and Instagram Lives
– She tries to do free workshops ever so often
Help with lead generation in two different directories - Noomie and Life Coach Spotter
– Will provide training on this!
