Client Overview:
*Our client, Maya, is a successful organizational development executive who helps visionary businesses as a consultant. She needs a professional Digital marketer to help her create social media content and build funnels and automations for her webinars.

Client Requirements:
*Must be able to work a 4 hour block between 10:00am EST to 4:00pm EST.
*Must have Social Media experience - Video Editing, Captions, Graphics
*Must have Canva design experience
*Must have CRM experience - Building Landing Pages, email campaigns, etc
*Must understand marketing using webinars, landing pages, and email campaigns
*Will need to attend webinars to monitor the chat, etc.
*Must be super organized with great attention to detail
*Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality control.
*Strong written and verbal communication abilities.


Software tools used by the client: (Not required to know it, as long as you’ve worked with other CRM’s and understand landing pages, workflows, automated emails, etc)

*Leadpages

Responsibilities/Tasks

VIRTUAL ASSISTANT DUTIES (Listed in order of importance. If you do not have all the skills, it’s okay, as long as you understand marketing using webinars, landing pages, and email campaigns)

SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETING
*Graphic design (Canva, etc.)
*Social media scheduling (IG, LinkedIn, FB)
*Creation of graphics for social media posts and stories (IG, FB and LinkedIn) – I will provide captions unless VA can leverage AI to assist
*Creation and posting of IG Reels
*Omnichannel Marketing - convert long form content (videos) into content for social media posts, email newsletters, sound bites, quotes, blogs, etc.
*Monitoring time-sensitive comments in social media and flag for response if important
*Tracking social media analytics monthly
*Creation and management of Quarterly Content Calendars
*Research and brainstorming of ideas for posts (leverage AI – ChatGPT, etc.)

VIRTUAL EVENTS (minimum one per quarter)
*Build EventBrite pages for virtual workshops and webinars
*Build sales pages for new offerings as needed (using Upgrade to see actual info)
*Create graphics to share on social for virtual event (at least 3-5 different ones for posts and stories)
*Set up email campaigns in CRM
*Send invite emails to database
*Send event detail emails and reminders to registered attendees
*Set up Calendly to schedule discovery calls
*Creation and editing of PowerPoint Slide Deck in Canva
*Set up Zoom link for virtual event
*Creating handout or workbook for virtual event (if needed)
*Live on webinar if needed (to handle the chat / let people in / recording)
*Coordinate post-event emails and follow ups

DATABASE
*Build initial email list (pulling contacts, internet research, emails (dei + kwpan), etc.)
*Curate email list – manage + regularly update


EMAIL
MARKETING
*Research, compare and help select, set up new email newsletter platform (potential platforms - Flodesk, Active Campaign or ConvertKit)
*Design and creation of email newsletters – (leverage AI – ChatGPT, etc.)
*Creation of innovative lead magnets to promote on social media and in workshops/webinars to collect email addresses.
