Social Media Advertising Specialist

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Social Media Advertising Specialist with experience in Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and TikTok advertising. This role requires someone who can set up and manage advertising campaigns targeting our CrossFit and Hyrox Gym's ideal audience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining the target audience, optimizing ad settings, analyzing ad performance, and maximizing leads and conversions while minimizing costs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define and refine target audience demographics, focusing on individuals aged 25-55 with above-average income in a specific area in Berlin.
- Set up, test, and manage Meta and TikTok advertising campaigns, using a combination of video-based and image-based content.
- Optimize ad placement and scheduling to maximize leads and conversions while maintaining a low cost per lead and cost per conversion.
- Conduct A/B testing and multivariate testing to determine the most effective ad variations.
- Collaborate with the content team to integrate creative messaging and ensure compliance with brand guidelines.
Monitor ad performance and provide regular reports on key metrics, including leads, conversions, cost per lead, and cost per conversion.
- Recommend adjustments to campaigns based on data-driven insights and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience with Meta and TikTok advertising, including setting up and managing ad campaigns.
- Strong understanding of audience targeting, ad testing, and performance analysis.
- Ability to work creatively within provided frameworks while demonstrating flexibility in testing approaches.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
