Skilled editor needed for longterm editor position for multiple projects.

I run a content agency(primarily short form content) that edits videos for coaches, hypnotherapists and other projects

The videos are up-to 60 seconds long and I expect you to edit subtitles, b-roll, stock footage, dynamic motion/graphics and make the video in general: entertaining and highly engaging.

For longer videos I of course expect the same, but that is not happening that often.

I am looking for a person that can be my full time editor for the next 6-12 months with the possibility of consistent pay-raises when the agency experiences growth.

You will be paid at least 6usd for every video-edit from day one, and depending on the projects, the price will get higher.

It is an easy project, and it is very sreamlined!

Every video are tailored specifically by me, then you get the raw footage, edit it and upload the edited videos in a separate folder. I expect a simple thumbnail that fits the ratio 1:1 on Instagram feed. All videos should be edited in 9/16 format for fullscreen experiences on IG Reels + TikTok.

!!!IMPORTANT TO NOTE!!!: I expect a sample to quality check your work, if I find qualified for the position, I will provide you with the raw 60-seconds footage.

It is required that you are:
- Fluent English(must)
- Able to jump on a Zoom call to go through the onboarding process(webcam is a must).
- Daily reports are expected whenever we get to work.I need an experienced editor who excels at optimizing short-form content for social media.
- Content tone: The tone of the posts may vary depending on the project we're currently running, so you need to be flexible with that.

Salary is only going up, the more we work together - my dream scenario is to be able in the longer run to get you to earn from 2.000 USD a month just by working with me.
