Short-form Video Editor Animators

Looking for high-level video editor animators who are proficient in creating short-form content.
The content is based around personal finance niche such as: stocks, crypto, investing, etc. An understanding of these is crucial.
The content is also in the style of storytelling, a story about a certain subject in the niche. Videos are no longer than 60 seconds.

Editor Requirements:
- Should be capable of animating, or using motion graphics to visually show the story
- Source videos and images of a certain topic
- Be capable of character animation
- Edit in a premium way, that stands out from others

IMPORTANT: Make sure you have a portfolio with work you've ALREADY done relating to the references.

Please review that style in-depth, and ONLY apply if you are capable of following it somewhat similarly.
We are not looking for an exact copy of the style, but rather looking to create reworked style while using those 2 references (Henry Belcaster & Patticus) as a high-level of inspiration.
