Short-Term Rental Property Manager

Location: Remote (Must be available during Eastern Standard Time)

Hours: Full-Time (56 hours per week, 8 hours per day / 7 days a week)

Starting Pay: $800/mo (increases to $1000 after 2 months)

RESPONSIBILITIES
Guest Communication:
- Manage all aspects of guest communication including inquiries, bookings, and post-stay feedback.
- Address guest concerns and inquiries with speed and professionalism.
- Develop strategies to enhance guest experience and achieve positive reviews.

Supply Ordering and Management:
- Oversee and replenish property supplies, ensuring a seamless guest experience.
- Develop relationships with suppliers for favorable terms and manage inventory levels.
- Optimize supply costs through effective management.

Organizational Infrastructure:
- Create and implement systems to streamline property management processes.
- Develop comprehensive documentation and efficient workflows.

Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor a teaUpgrade to see actual infomber, coordinating schedules and tasks for optimal coverage.
- Promote a collaborative team environment.

Local Team Collaboration:
- Coordinate with cleaners and handymen to ensure high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
- Generate regular performance reports and maintain financial records.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven experience in property management, preferably in the Airbnb or VRBO industry.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
- Leadership experience with team motivation and guidance abilities.
- Proficiency in bookkeeping, report generation, and Airbnb platform.
- Familiarity with property management software.
- Strong English skills, both written and spoken.

Additional Requirements
- Must have access to WhatsApp and strong internet service.
- Must use a laptop computer for all work-related tasks (no iPads or cell phones).
- Time tracking of work hours is mandatory.
- Monthly performance reviews for growth and development.
