Short Term Rental EXPERIENCED Bookkeeper

I am looking for someone who is EXPERIENCED with doing bookkeeping for STR's, LTR's and MTR's.

I own a bookkeeping firm, and I am looking for someone to assist me on the day to day categorizing of my client's transactions and making a list of any questions we have.

Some of my clients have separate bank accounts per property. Some of them have 1 bank account for all properties. The clients who have a shared bank account and credit cards for all properties, we need to make a list of questions to send to these clients on a weekly basis.

I need someone who is organized, who can get started without training and who is extremely detailed with bookkeeping, who can spot errors easily. Also, to be available Monday - Friday to categorize daily.

Pay will be a flat rate per bookkeeping client that I put you on. You'll work a couple hours each day.
