Position Overview:
The Short Form Video Editor will be responsible for creating engaging and informative video content for our podcast episodes and social media platforms. This role involves editing video footage, incorporating graphics and effects, and ensuring that the final product aligns with our brand and message.

Key Responsibilities:
Edit short form videos for podcast episodes and social media.
Collaborate with the content team to develop creative concepts.
Ensure all videos are edited to high quality and brand standards.
Manage video library and archive footage appropriately.
Provide input on video and audio trends to keep content fresh and relevant.

Qualifications:

Proficient in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
Strong understanding of storytelling and pacing in video editing.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
Experience in creating content for social media platforms is a plus.

Experience:
Previous experience in video editing is preferred, but talented individuals with a strong portfolio are encouraged to apply.

Working Hours:
Part-time (20 hours/week).
Must be available during Central USA Time.

Compensation:
$300 USD/month.

Orientation and training regarding our company's vision, brand, and editing style will be provided.

Equipment & Environment:

Stable and fast internet connection.
Workspace should be quiet and conducive to focused work.
