Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and versatile eCommerce Virtual Assistant to join our team at Lootbloc. This role requires proficiency in Shopify management, social media engagement, influencer outreach, digital marketing, blog writing, and customer support. The ideal candidate will be a tech-savvy professional who understands the dynamics of online retail and can thrive in a fast-paced virtual environment.

Key Responsibilities:
-Shopify Management: Oversee the daily operations of our Shopify store, including product listings, inventory updates, and order processing.
-Social Media Management: Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written) on various social media platforms, ensuring brand consistency in tone and visuals.
-Influencer Outreach: Identify and engage with potential influencers and brand ambassadors to expand our reach and influence within our target market.
-Marketing Initiatives: Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns aimed at driving sales and increasing brand awareness.
-Content Creation: Write and edit engaging blog posts that align with our brand’s voice and SEO strategies to attract and retain customers.
-Customer Support: Provide prompt and efficient service to customer inquiries via email, social media, and live chat, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
-Analytics: Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and social media engagement to help shape future strategies.

Qualifications:
-Proven experience as a virtual assistant, eCommerce assistant, or similar role in a retail environment.
-Strong familiarity with Shopify’s platform and backend functionalities.
-Excellent writing and communication skills.
-Proficient in social media platforms and marketing strategies.
-Experience with influencer outreach and relationship management.
-Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
