Shopify/Woocommerce Detail Oriented Product Listing Expert

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and task-oriented Product Listing Virtual Assistant with experience in E-commerce platforms such as ETSY, AMAZON, WOO COMMERCE, and SHOPIFY. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to extract and process data from various websites and apps, ensuring high-quality output and contributing to the continuous improvement of work processes.

1. Experience with eCommerce platforms: Familiarity with Shopify and WooCommerce, including listing products, managing inventory, and optimizing product pages.

2. Attention to detail: Ability to ensure all product listings are accurate, including descriptions, pricing, and images.

3. SEO knowledge: Understanding of basic SEO principles to optimize product listings for search engines and improve visibility.

4. Data management skills: Comfortable handling and updating product data across multiple platforms.

5. Copywriting skills: Ability to write clear, concise, and compelling product descriptions. in person or using AI

6. Basic graphic design skills: Able to perform simple image editing tasks to ensure product images are attractive and meet platform requirements.

7. Time management: Capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently and meeting deadlines.
