JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly skilled Shopify Customer Support Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Shopify and must possess excellent customer service skills. This is a work from home role, so the candidate must have a high-speed internet connection.

Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate solutions to their problems
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to Shopify, including payment processing, shipping, and order fulfillment
• Provide customer support via email, chat, and phone
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure prompt resolution of customer issues
• Maintain customer service quality standards and ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of experience with Shopify
• Excellent customer service skills
• Willingness to work on weekends and night shifts
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Familiarity with beauty/cosmetics brands is preferred
• High-speed internet connection
• Must be willing to work in EST time zone and comfortable using a time tracker
