Job Description:

As a Full Stack Developer , your role encompasses designing and developing static, catalogue, and e-commerce solutions for our clients through the utilization of the Shopify and WordPress platforms. Your creative ingenuity and technical prowess will play a pivotal role in delivering top-notch, user-friendly, and visually captivating online stores. Candidates re required to be work on Australian timings (10.00 AM - 7.00PM AEST - Melbourne/Sydney)

Responsibilities:

Website Development: Designing and developing websites using Shopify and Wordpress platforms, ensuring they are functional, user-friendly, and visually appealing.

Theme Customization: Customizing website themes, templates, and layouts according to client requirements and brand guidelines.

Plugin Integration: Integrating and configuring plugins and extensions to enhance website functionality and meet client needs.

Frontend Development: Writing clean, efficient, and maintainable HTML, CSS, and JavaScript code to create responsive and cross-browser compatible websites.

E-commerce Development: Setting up and configuring online stores, payment gateways, shipping methods, and product catalogs on Shopify and Wordpress platforms.

Content Management: Managing website content, including text, images, videos, and other multimedia elements, using content management systems (CMS) like WordPress.

Website Optimization: Optimizing website performance, speed, and SEO to improve search engine rankings, user experience, and conversion rates.

Testing and Debugging: Conducting thorough testing and debugging of websites to identify and fix issues, ensuring they function smoothly across different devices and browsers.

Client Communication: Collaborating with clients to understand their requirements, provide updates on project progress, and address any concerns or feedback.

Documentation: Creating and maintaining documentation, including project plans, technical specifications, and user guides, to ensure transparency and facilitate future updates or modifications.

Continuous Learning: Staying updated with the latest web development trends, technologies, and best practices to enhance skills and deliver innovative solutions.

Requirements:

- A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience as a Shopify and WordPress Designer & Developer.
- Should be available to work on Australian timings (10 AM AEST to 7.00 PM AEST)
- Proficiency in Shopify and Wordpress platforms.
- Experience in website development, including frontend and backend development.
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
- Knowledge of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.
- Experience with theme customization and plugin integration.
- Ability to set up and configure online stores, payment gateways, and shipping methods.
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress.
- Understanding of e-commerce best practices and SEO optimization.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with clients and teaUpgrade to see actual infombers.

- Capacity for continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends and technologies.
