Position Overview:
We are seeking an Expert Virtual Assistant to play a pivotal role in managing our Shopify and TikTok Shop stores, as well as executing strategic social media and advertising campaigns. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and possess a deep understanding of the e-commerce landscape.

Responsibilities:

Shopify and TikTok Shop Management:

Update and maintain product listings on Shopify and TikTok Shop, ensuring accuracy and optimization.
Monitor inventory levels, process orders, and coordinate with relevant teams for seamless operations.
Implement SEO strategies to enhance product discoverability.
Social Media and Advertising:

Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and TikTok.
Plan and implement targeted advertising campaigns to drive traffic and increase conversions.
Collaborate with the creative team to produce engaging content for social media and advertisements.
Communication and Coordination:

Communicate effectively with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers, influencers, and partners.
Coordinate with external agencies or freelancers when necessary for specialized tasks.
Provide regular updates on key metrics and performance.
Qualifications:

Proven expertise in Shopify and TikTok Shop management, with a track record of successful e-commerce operations.
Extensive experience in developing and executing social media strategies and advertising campaigns.
Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proven ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a virtual environment.
