We own Upgrade to see actual info, which is a turf equipment company that sells used turf mowers to residential users and golf courses. For Upgrade to see actual info, we manage a robust Shopify store, ensuring our products and services reach a broad audience. We are seeking a skilled and dynamic individual to join our team as a Shopify Store Manager.

Job Description:
The Shopify Store Manager will be responsible for managing our Shopify store. The ideal candidate will possess strong IT skills, experience in tech support, and excellent communication abilities to effectively assist our clients via Zoom calls.

Key Responsibilities:

Shopify Store Management:
Oversee the daily operations of our Shopify store.
Manage product listings, inventory, pricing, and promotions.
Ensure the Shopify store is optimized for performance, security, and customer experience.
Handle customer inquiries and issues related to the Shopify store.
Analyze store performance metrics and implement strategies to drive sales and improve user experience.
Actively promote the store across our social media channels + online forums to generate sales.

Customer Engagement:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and support.
Conduct training sessions for clients to help them maximize the use of our SaaS product.
Gather customer feedback and relay it to the product development team for continuous improvement.
Social Media Management to generate business via social media & Influencer outreach

Qualifications:
-Technical Skills:
Expertise with Shopify platform management and e-commerce best practices.
Sales and marketing experience
Social Media management.

-Communication Skills:
Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to conduct professional and effective Zoom calls with clients.
Strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation.

-Experience:
Previous experience managing a Shopify store or similar e-commerce platform.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Experience in gathering and analyzing customer feedback.

-Personal Attributes:
Problem-solver with a proactive approach.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High level of professionalism and integrity.

-Availability: Able to work in CST hours.
