Shopify Dropshipping Virtual Assistant - Long Term

I run a full time Shopify dropshipping business and I am looking for a virtual assistant who can do tasks related to shopify store management, email support, order fulfillment, and other related tasks. You must meet all requirements in order to be considered.
(OPTIONAL for having this person potentially be manager, you can include this): "After a few months of working for me, you may potentially be promoted to our full time store & project manager. So managerial experience is preferred but not required."

Requirements:
1+ year of experience with Shopify platform and dropshipping business model
Fluent in English
2-5 hrs/daily or 20-30hrs/week, 6 days/week
Reliable Communication & Stable Internet Connection

Tasks:
-use DSers or Oberlo to fulfill orders from Aliexpress
-handle all customer service via emails & social media channels
-create collections, manage products, download apps, & other related tasks
-moderate facebook & ig ad comments
-supplier communication
-and more.

I want to hire someone who has a lot of customer support experience and shopify dropshipping experience. When you are applying, please include your response to how you would handle this customer complaint:
Bob: "Hey guys, I ordered weeks ago and I have not received the order! You guys are scamming! I will report you to the BBB and will file a chargeback against you. I am not happy and I will be reporting you on Facebook and will tell everyone not to buy from you"
(Context: Bob's order was ordered 2.5 weeks ago, covid-19 has caused shipping delays, the order is on the way as verified by tracking number, and has a refund policy of 30days)
How do you respond to Bob so that he is satisfied and does not file a chargeback?
