Shopify Dropshipping VA (cutomer support)

My name is Daniyal and I am running a successful Dropshipping business and looking to add a Virtual Assistant, or better to say: we are searching for a reliable friend and long term partner to help us with the following task:

You will:

- Giving the best support for our customer in german using DeepL & ChatGPT
- Refund orders
- Bringing own ideas *bonus payments*
- Work independently
- Email provider is United Domains Webmail
- We provide templates for answers to speed up the process
- Looking up the recent deliver status on DHL or 17Track
- The daily work volume depends between 20 min - 1 hour

Your Qualification:
- Excellent grammar and always being friendly and kind
- Experience in customer support in general
- Experience in customer support in german
- Experience with structured work processes
- Experience with Shopify platform
- Experience with Slack, Shopify and clockify
