JOB OVERVIEW

Hi! I run a US e-commerce brand that is looking for assistance with email support and social media management. For this job, familiarity with Shopify, Gmail, Front, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and TikTok is a requirement, as well as prior experience working at a US e-commerce brand. Experience with Amazon will be strongly preferred as well. Excellent English written and communication skills are a must, as well as someone who genuinely cares about helping customers versus simply closing out tickets.

Our brand has been up and running for over three years. We already have an established customer service team in place and are looking to bring on an additional associate. The role will be as follows:
~50% of the week: answering emails from customers on Front, helping address customer needs across a wide range of inquiries
~40% of the week: interacting with customers on social media (FB/IG/TT)
~10% of the week: Amazon customer service inquiry management

We require EST hours for customer service (9am-5pm EST) and offer generous pay and benefits like the 13th month. We are a small but mighty team experiencing a lot of growth, and are excited to speak with you soon!
