Role Overview:
As a Customer Support Representative, you will be the frontline ambassador of our brand, responsible for ensuring that every customer interaction is handled with care and dedication.
Responsibilities:
- Answer customer inquiries via
- Assist with shipments, returns, refunds, and order management.
- Engage on social media, fostering positive relationships.
- Collaborate with suppliers and manage disputes with Shopify & Paypal.
Requirements:
- Fluency in English.
- Excellent communication and time-management skills.
Preferred:
- Shopify Customer Service experience. (Minimum 1 Year)
- Prior supplier communication and order management.
The role will start as a part-time based leading to full-time in future for a potential applicant.
Your work will be 10-20 Hours Per week starting at $4/Hour.
