JOB OVERVIEW

Position Overview:
As the Shopify Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing our Shopify store from product sourcing and listing optimization to order fulfillment and customer service. You will play a critical role in driving sales, enhancing the customer experience, and ensuring the smooth operation of our online store.

Responsibilities:

Conduct product research and analysis to identify high-demand products and trends.
Source new products and suppliers, negotiate pricing and terms, and manage supplier relationships.
Optimize product listings on Shopify to maximize visibility, conversion rates, and sales.
Monitor inventory levels, manage stock replenishment, and ensure accurate product availability on the website.
Develop and implement pricing strategies to maximize profitability while remaining competitive in the market.
Process and fulfill orders promptly and accurately, ensuring a seamless order fulfillment process for customers.
Provide exceptional customer service, including responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and addressing customer feedback and reviews.
Stay informed about Shopify platform updates, best practices, and industry trends to optimize store performance and user experience.

Requirements:
Proven experience as a Shopify Account Manager or similar role in e-commerce.
Strong knowledge of Shopify platform functionality, features, and apps.
Demonstrated ability to drive sales and optimize product listings for maximum visibility and conversion.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and cross-functional teams.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools is a plus.
