Shipping Specialist

We are a spare parts trading company who buys parts from vendors all over the world and ships them directly to the customer all over the world.

We need someone with experience in shipping and forwarding who can:
1) collect the required data from vendors once a purchase is made (size, weight, pickup address, contact person, date)
2) get quotes for the shipping
3) confirm the order to the best shipping company
4) prepare the packing list and commercial invoice (vendor's documents get replace by ours)
5) ensure the item is picked up and delivered as required
6) file all the documents related to the shipment in our filing system.

Experience with Zoho Books is a plus.

Estimated time commitment is 1 hr per day.
