Key Responsibilities:
Admin and Customer service:
Handle customer inquiries and schedule appointments efficiently.
Dispatch technicians for service calls to homes and businesses.
Manage and respond to service requests via phone and digital platforms.
Assist in the development and maintenance of communication scripts for customer interactions.
Marketing
Following up with customers for referral requests
Calling customers for upselling services.
Prospect research for cold outreach by you and the client
Track referral partner leads via CRM to improve sales
Creating and improving
Social Media management - Graphics and Light Video editing
Research and implement new software tools for better scheduling and customer relationship management.
Place orders for business supplies and manage inventory.
Engage in business development activities, potentially reaching out to HOAs for partnerships and lead generation.
Requirements:
Friendly, Exceptional customer support demeanor and temperament.
Proficient in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Prior experience in customer service, particularly in handling phone-based inquiries.
Experience with coordinating and dispatching technicians a plus
Friendly Sales experience, particularly upsells to existing customers for a home service industry,
Knowledgeable in using social media platforms and executing basic marketing strategies.
Capable of independently researching and applying new software solutions.
Strong organizational skills for managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
Preferably knowledgeable about service industries, especially those involving home services or related fields.
