As a Home Instead Service Coordinator, your responsibilities include….
* Create a Client and CAREGiver monthly schedule of service
* Answering phones in a welcoming and friendly manner
* Triage calls to your teaUpgrade to see actual infombers
* Solve day to day problems arising with CAREGiving staff and/or clients
* Work with clients and CAREGivers to do quality assurance calls
