* Provide unwavering support and attentive listening to clients, families, and support coordinators, ensuring their needs are met with compassion and empathy.
* Enhance our service delivery, workforce development, and service quality, contributing to our ongoing success.

* Prepare and deliver monthly reports to track and communicate the progress and outcomes of our services.
* Handle operations compliance and analytics, including clock-ins and cancellations.
* Assist in meeting minutes and secretary duties.

Qualifications:

* Minimum of 2 years of supervisory/managerial experience within a corporate setting is required. (Kindly avoid submitting applications if you do not meet this requirement)

* Must have a quiet and conducive work environment, closely resembling a professional office setup, free from any distracting noises.

This role offers the opportunity to work in a flexible environment and be an integral part of our growing organization.
