Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Google AdWords & SEO Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in running successful SEO, Google AdWords, and Facebook Ads campaigns for local brick and mortar businesses. They should be passionate about digital marketing, have exceptional leadership qualities, and aspire to lead a company's paid advertising department.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve the online visibility and ranking of our clients' websites.
- Create and manage Google Upgrade to see actual info and Facebook Ads campaigns for our clients, ensuring maximum ROI.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting to optimize campaign performance.
- Monitor and analyze campaign metrics, making data-driven decisions to optimize performance and achieve client objectives.
- Provide regular reports and updates to clients on campaign performance and optimization efforts.
- Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in SEO and paid advertising.

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in SEO, Google AdWords, and Facebook Ads management.
- Proven track record of successfully executing SEO and paid advertising campaigns for local brick and mortar businesses.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, and on-page/off-page optimization techniques.
- Proficiency in Google AdWords, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and other relevant digital marketing tools.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive campaign optimization.
- Strong communication and client management skills.
- Leadership qualities with the ambition to lead a paid advertising department.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience managing large-scale SEO and paid advertising campaigns across multiple industries.
- Certification in Google Upgrade to see actual info or Facebook Blueprint.
