Job Title: Senior Technical Customer Service Agent
Location: Remote
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Pay: Up to 300 PHP per hour (DOE)

Job Description:
As a Technical Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to customers experiencing issues with their air-conditioners, laptops, drones, white goods, and mobile phones. You will utilize your technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve customer inquiries efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat channels.
Diagnose and troubleshoot issues related to air-conditioners, laptops, drones, white goods, and mobile phones.
Guide customers through troubleshooting steps and provide solutions to resolve their technical problems.
Escalate complex issues to higher-level technical support or appropriate departments as needed.
Document customer interactions, including details of inquiries, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions, accurately and thoroughly.
Collaborate with other teaUpgrade to see actual infombers and departments to share knowledge and best practices for resolving technical issues.
Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and technical information related to supported devices and appliances.

Requirements:
Technical knowledge and experience with air-conditioners, laptops, drones, white goods, and mobile phones.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly and concisely to customers.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to think logically and analytically.
Must speak very good English
Customer-focused mindset with a passion for providing exceptional service and support.
Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote environment.
Access to a PC or laptop, a headset, a USB camera, and two stable internet connections to facilitate remote work.
Previous experience in customer service or technical support roles is preferred but not required.
