Responsibilities
• Utilize ATS to manage full-cycle, end-to-end recruiting efforts.
• Lead process development effort to centralize sourcing information and improve efficiency.
• Communicates effectively and collaborates across HR and business groups to maximize efforts to identify and hire qualified candidates.
• Manage applicant database and tracking system to ensure data integrity and compliance.
• Track, monitor, and report all recruiting activities.
• Analyze recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to management on recruitment activity, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate quality
• Manage all job postings and job descriptions for compliance.
• Develops practical ideas and creative solutions to streamline and improve the recruiting process for active and passive candidates.
• Utilize a variety of sourcing methods to attract top-tier candidates, including online job boards, social media platforms, networking events, and employee referrals.
• Conduct thorough screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
Qualifications
• A minimum of seven years of experience in Internal Recruiting is required.
• Candidates must have a proven track record in hiring virtual assistants for US clients.
• Experience in hiring for BPO/RPO companies will also be considered.
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methods.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
