Job Description: We are seeking a Senior Systems Administrator with excellent communication skills in English and a solid technical background. The ideal candidate will manage and maintain our IT infrastructure, ensuring the smooth operation of systems and networks.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide Level III support for Windows and Mac desktops, laptops, servers, VPN, email systems (Office 365, G Suite), printers, and network devices.
• Monitor and address alerts on critical systems.
• Lead the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of hardware and software.
• Document all client issues and time spent in the PSA system.
• Mentor junior system administrators and support senior management in strategic IT projects.
• Contribute to internal and external projects, including new client onboarding and system migrations.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency in Windows, Mac OS, and Linux administration.
• Strong understanding of LAN/WAN networking and cybersecurity principles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Ability to work US Eastern Time Zone 9 AM-5 PM.

Preferred Qualifications:
• CompTIA Security+, Network+, or equivalent certifications.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and virtualization technologies (Hyper-V, VMware).
• Prior experience in an MSP environment.

Salary and Benefits:
• Competitive salary range: Php60,000 – Php90,000 per month.
