The Role

As an SEO Strategist at SearchFlare, you’ll be the engine behind our SEO campaigns. Your expertise will play a pivotal role in shaping the online presence of our diverse clientele. Reporting directly to the Head of Search, you’ll have the opportunity to make your mark by:

• Conducting thorough SEO audits and competitive analysis
• Crafting and implementing tailored SEO strategies for each client
• Monitoring and reporting on campaign performance and making data-driven adjustments
• Staying abreast of the latest SEO trends and algorithm changes
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated across all digital content
• Assisting in the development and refinement of scalable SEO processes and workflows

What You Bring to the Table

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in SEO with a track record of successful rankings
• Proficient with SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs) and Google Analytics
• Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
• In-depth experience with website analytics and a clear understanding of key ranking factors
• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to think outside the box for creative solutions
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is a plus
