Senior SEO Manager

Role Purpose:
This position is for a Senior SEO Manager/Team leader who is passionate about leading a team of talented SEO specialists. Reporting to the CEO/Co-Founder, you will be required to lead teaUpgrade to see actual infombers, collaborate, and monitor their performance. Your role will include analyzing various campaigns, its business strategies, effectiveness, and areas for improvement. A KEY component of this role is being responsible for the management, development & training of a team of 5+ SEO's.

Responsibilities:
• Manage team’s SEO activities, including sources mapping, keywords optimization, link building, user research, and keyword research
• Look at and implement AI technologies and systems
• Demonstrate excellent leadership skills by monitoring teaUpgrade to see actual infombers performance and communicating vision/values/business strategy
• Generate in-depth weekly and monthly reports for all major metrics, goal tracking, revenue, keyword tracking, trends, and competitor analysis
• Develop and define keyword lists based on client’s objectives and market opportunity, and execute strategies to increase sales and rankings
• Implement on-page SEO, local SEO to improve visibility and revenue
• Create campaigns that drive traffic, improve engagement, leads, and sales
• Use advanced link building skills to identify opportunities and create link building strategies for clients
• Conduct regular website technical SEO audit to identify critical issues and work with the development team for fixes if necessary
• Monitor performance of SEO and prepare reports for clients
• Support the marketing strategy and act as the expert in Google SEO
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:
• 3+ years Experience managing a team of SEO's
• Appropriate Verifiable Training (Business, Analytics, Marketing an asset)
• Minimum 3-5 years experience in full-time search engine optimization (SEO)
• Advanced knowledge/experience of technical SEO and link building strategies/tactics
• Experience with website analysis and SEO tools including Google Analytics, Moz, AHREF’s, Google My Business
• Experience with Google Search Console and Bing webmaster tools
• Experience with HTML, CSS, PHP, or JavaScript preferred
• Understanding of the latest changes of search engine algorithms and their impact on SEO
• Ability to meet deadlines, organized, and self-manage workload
• Flexible and able to multi-task multiple responsibilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are essential
